• Clarence is the founder of Origgin. A serial entrepreneur who launched several technology start-ups since 1993. He was the Founder and Executive Deputy Chairman of GlobalRoam Group Ltd, which provides integrated communications technology to telecommunication companies in the region.
  • Clarence is also a board member of STT Connect, as well as a director of ICMG Financial Services (“ICMG”), a Japanese consultancy firm whose clients are Japanese MNCs.
  • Clarence has extensive connections with various government bodies via his many appointments, such as The Phoenix Mentor in 2003 by the Phoenix Award Committee chaired by EDB. He was responsible for mentoring founders of start-up companies.
  • He was also appointed as the 1st Vice President of the Innovators and Entrepreneurs Association (iDEA) in 2001 and served as Council member for the Innovators’ Club (under the then National Science and Technology Board) in 1999. In that same year, he was also appointed by Productivity Standard Board (PSB) into the SME 21 Sub-Committee to propose changes in policies that would help local SMEs in extending the reach beyond the local market.
